Making a Booking Online Check-in City Tax Check-in & Check-out Times ID Requirement

To complete your online check-in, check your emails and/or messages for a link from us that will take you directly to your personalised Guest Portal page. This check-in form is mandatory for all bookings in all countries. From this portal, you will need to provide the following:
     1. Your email and phone number
     2. Your estimated arrival and departure times
     3. Guest names and birthdates
     4. One scan or photo of a valid ID for the main guest

     5. City tax payment (depending on your destination)

Reservation Number

     You can also access your Guest Portal from stayaltido.com/guest by entering your *ALTIDO reservation number and the last 4 digits of the phone number associated with your booking.


     *For bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com, Marriott, Vrbo, and other platforms, please use the direct link provided to you in your messages as your reservation number will be different from your ALTIDO reservation number.

Check-in Instructions & House Manual

     From your Guest Portal, you will be able to access your Check-In Instructions and House Manual to find important information about your arrival and the property. These two sections will become available to you starting about 24 hours before your arrival. You will NOT be able to access these tabs before that time.
