     ALTIDO's standard cancellation policy for direct reservations is a full refund for any cancellations made prior to 5 days before the arrival date. For cancellations made with less than 5 days' notice, guests will be charged for the full value of the reservation (minus the cleaning fee).

     We also offer an extra discount for a non-refundable rate. By booking and agreeing to this special rate, you acknowledge that the reservation is NOT refundable for any reason. Any cancellations will be charged the full value of the reservation (minus the cleaning fee).

     For the cancellation policies of bookings made through our partner channels (Airbnb, Booking.com, Marriot, Plum Guide, etc.), please consult their respective cancellation policies made available at the time of your booking.
